We have received approval of both an L-1A petition and L-1A visa stamping for a managerial employee of a small business from India. The business in India consists of five employees and is completely different from the business they are starting in the USA. I am contemplating marriage to a GC holder and I have a question regarding I-130 and AOS. My prospective spouse got GC in Jan 2015. I currently hold a valid visitors visa to USA and I have visited USA many times on this visa.Is it possible to get married, enter USA on the existing visitors visa and then immediately apply for I-130 and Adjustment of Status. What are the risks/implications with this approach. What is the best procedure in these circumstances?

What I can say is that I got the highest support possible even with all the troubles Rena, Savita , Anna and lawyer Rajiv stayed focused . They are the best. God bless you for all your great service. I just had to continue and say that , even though I was not the easiest of clients they stayed professional and polite . The billing department was very cooperative too. I am so happy to be one of your success stories . You made that the only option from day one. Thank you all.
I can not describe in words the gratitude that my wife and I have both for Rajiv Khanna and Jitesh Malik. The USCIS denied my wife's dependent I-485 AoS app and we were sure that we'd have to relocate back home. Jitesh and Rajiv bhai handled the matter deftly and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. They took care of the matter and got us an approval when my old attorney wouldn't even return my calls when things started heading south. I had heard stories of Mr. Khanna being very helpful and knowledgeable and now know that he is the best Goddamn immigration attorney out there who is not afraid to fight for you.
To all desi's [Pakistanis;Indians] and non-desi's out there: Rajiv Khanna is da bomb! Trust me on that.
Thank you Rajiv bhai! Thank you so very much! Shariq Raza.

When should my H-1B petition for an extension be filed?
An H-1B petition for extension may be submitted to USCIS no more than 6 months prior to the expiration of the current H-1B status.
I do not have an I-94 from my last entry to the US in June, but I need it for my H-1B renewal. What should I do?
Please refer to the following link for information on printing your I-94: http://www.immigration.com/news/general-nonimmigrant-visa/i-94-web-appl…

1. Our employees are deployed at government sites. Are we still obliged to pay the H-1 wage?
2. Can we ask such employees to use their paid leave?
A1. Yes. In my view, that obligation continues unabated.
