SummaryThe Immigration and Nationality Act provides nonimmigrant visa categories for persons wishing to study in the United States. The visitor visa is a type of nonimmigrant visa for persons desiring to enter the United States temporarily for business (B-1) or for pleasure, tourism or medical treatment (B-2). E Visa Overview
E Visa can be of 3 types, E-1/E-2 (Treaty Traders and Treaty Investors) and E-3. The E-3 visa allows for the admission of an alien who is a national of the Commonwealth of Australia and who is entering the U.S. to perform services in a “specialty occupation".

The P-Visa category covers entertainers and athletes who cannot qualify under the extraordinary ability standard for the O-category. The P-1 category is set aside for:

USCIS Launches Spanish-Language Engagement Series
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) launched the first in a series of quarterly public engagements in Spanish. Each session will focus on a specific immigration or citizenship topic and include a live question-and-answer session with USCIS officials.
“Public service is a core mission of our agency,” said USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas. “These Spanish-language sessions expand our ongoing efforts to communicate with the many communities we serve.”
