Notable points:
I recently moved from Company A to B on July-2016 as a contractor while on i was on my 6th year H-1B visa. Company B did my H-1B transfer and I-140 got approved through them as well. Now working at End client location placed through Company B. Now End client wants to hire me as Full Time employee.
1. Given I recently joined Company B will my jumping to Company C cause any issue to my H-1B visa?
2. Can company B cancel my H1B petition? If Yes, Do i have to have a approved H-1B petition from Company C before informing Company B about the offer?
3. Will my I 140 which got approved thru company B still be valid? Can i use it for future extensions of H-1B?
4. Company B did not provide I-140 copy, how to obtain the same from USCIS?
5. Is there any mandatory period to serve in one company who has sponsored my GC as I recently got my I-140 approved in August-2016?

The activity went smooth. Mr Khanna provided assistance in obtaining the visa for myself and the family.
Its been a long journey that started with completion of masters (F1) visa and today receiving green card (GC). I have been with Rajiv ji and his team since the beginning of my immigration journey (F1(OPT) -> H1 -> H1 Ext.-> Perm -> I140 -> I765 -> I485).
As said by everyone else here in the guestbook i also concur with all the things.
Firstly, they know what they are doing and are best at it. They have a solid knowledge about all the immigration rules, jargon, what can cause potential problem in future and how to handle the complexities a case has.
Secondly, very professional, prompt replies and free consultations. One thing that i liked is that they all are very easy to reach including Rajiv ji itself and that helps a lot in calming down the immigration anxieties of clients.
Best wishes to you and your team.

After our lawyer messed up a H1 visa transfer for our employee, RSK Law Offices with it's unbeatable track record was our natural choice. Very talented and professional set of immigration experts, they knew exactly what to do when and worked with amazing speed. Surprisingly the fees are very competetive. We saved both time & money not to mention the peace of mind we got.
I heard your community conference call for 1st December, you mentioned that even though the approved I-140 is withdrawn by a previous employer after 180 days of approval we should still eligible for H1 extensions with a new employer.
My question here: is it required that new employer need to file labor and I-140 in order to apply for extensions or can I just keep on applying for H1B extensions based on my first I-140 approval?
You can keep applying for H-1B extensions based upon a valid I-140 approval from an old employer. The new employer does not have to file. But if you want to get a green card, some employer will have to restart the process.

I have used this firm for a number of years for H-1B visas. They are extremely professional and organized. And most recently I had an employee require H-1B status quickly due to a student visa heading toward expiration. We did the premium process through this group and the approval came back in much less than the 15 day turnaround time. That in itself should tell you everything you need to know. If you don't hire this group, you are doing yourself a disservice.
Through this I wish to record my appreciation for the services provided to me by the Law firm of Rajiv. I would like to thank Rajiv and his team member Charu for excellent work and prompt response to all my queries and getting my H1B1 approved.

After a bad experience with a prominent NY law firm dealing with immigration, I came to this site. I was initially skeptical because the firm was not based in the city I work and live in but the promptness of getting the paperwork done, the willingness to answer doubts whenever they arose and reassuring me about my status when I had to leave the country on a sudden emergency back in India- all of these point to an organization and its people who clearly are the benchmark I would use for any professional service rendered in the future. Great job! Thanks.
Rajiv is certainly an expert on Immigration Laws and will give you your options, straight up. He has retained staff who are professional, helpful and supportive. Many, many thanks to Diane Lombardo, who was always available and also to Leila and Suman, who would return calls and e-mails in a timely manner. This is a Law Office which allows you to maintain sanity through the tedious and complex INS process, and one which I highly recommend.
timely work satisfied. will aproach you in future.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Rena and Charu were extremely helpful in processing our applications. I would highly recommend their services to someone that is looking to quickly and comprehsivley complete the Visa process. John Pettit Adaptik Corporation
