I took consultation with Rajiv Sir twice. In few words, I would say he is excellent in his knowledge and he really reads your case, tries to understand it before he talk to you over the phone. My case is very much complicated ( labor substitution, EB2, concurrent filing, previous comp filed chapter 7, new comp filed another GC with different salary and job duties...etc).

During my first consultation, I asked same set of questions (10 - 15) from both Rajiv Sir and Sheela Murthy but I got all my queries answered with satisfaction and piece of mind only from Rajiv Sir.

During my 2nd consultation, due to dynamic nature of my queries, discussion needed more time than scheduled and Rajiv Sir gave me another slot free of charge to give me right direction before closing discussion thread with him.

Finally, I would say his fees is highest amoung all lawyers I have met but is worth paying as it gives you piece of mind at the end.

I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.

With the good movement in the Aug 2010 bulletin, the AOS got approved for my family. Hello, My interactions with the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna started in Aug 2004 when I first applied for my H1 visa. Ever since, I have reached out to Mr. Khanna, Mr. Chacko and other support personnel (Ms. Mehta, Ms.Bhasin, Ms.Baker) for all my immigration related needs. This group of professionals is the best you can ever hope to find to help you navigate the complex and painfully slow immigration process. Rajiv and his team form a tremendous body of knowledge and the beauty of this group is that they provide their expertise as a 'service'. It is true that the law firm charges fees for processing ones case, but the amounts charged are far less than what one would have to pay elsewhere for service that is typically not on par. Mr. Khanna himself has called me on numerous occasions to clarify a question or seek more specific detail....it amazes me that the seniormost attorney in the firm takes time to do this and that too without charging a single dime for a personal call. My wife and I used Rajiv's offices to handle our Green Card application. The process was lengthy and stretched over 6 years from start to finish. I'm glad to report that the GC was granted. Without Rajiv's group supporting this would have been a nightmare. The team that handled my case did their work in the most professional manner possible. I got prompt replies to my emails, voice messages and on occasion even emails and calls over the weekend. I filed the LC on the 1st week of January 2009 and got my GC approved on the 1st of April 2010. I am a bit lucky as my whole GC process through Rajiv S Khanna Office was great and a pleasant experience. I am quite thankful to Rajiv Khanna and his staff for getting Green Card to me and my wife. The case manager for my case is Bharati. After lot of research and gathering inputs from my friends my employer and me decided to appoint Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna as our attorney. This is one of the best decision of my life. My labor was filed in August 2006 and approved within 11 days. I-140 was approved after that and now I am waiting for my date to be current for EB-3. The quality od service we get in a such timely manner is amazing to me! All the people including Rajiv, Mathew, Bharathi, Suman are so wonderful to work with! I would like to mention one incident though! I received a RFE on my I-140. This was mad time of July 2007 (I think) when everybody was filing their I-485 as all the date became current for one monh. Everybody in Rajiv's office were working day and night to file everybody's case. But, still suddenly Rajiv called me and discussed the issue with me. I did not request him to call me. But he understood my situation and called me to give all the mental support I needed. This is the best thing you can expect from an attorney who will stand behind you when it is mostly needed.
