Hello everyone, I am glad that Rajeev and his colleagues (Charu + Rena) are our Immigration attorneys. Why?? (a) Well, we are a startup and definitely in need of expert advise as to whether we can or cannot apply for H1s to the INS. (b) Also, our needs are not just for Software Engineers, but for other skills that require justification to the INS that these are speciality occupations. (c) We have recd excellent service from his team and esp from Charu and Rena. They have always given a small company like us very quick response and turnaround for complex h1 cases. (d) We wish to adhere to the laws of INS and DOL and need expert advise in interpreting these ever changing laws. (e) The website is very useful and our prospective employees like it that our Immigrant Attorney owns and operates "www.immigration.com" . I look forward to using more of their services like GC Processing for our employees, L1s etc.. Thanks Rajeev SIRAJ CEO Kirloskar Multimedia
Rajiv and his associates processed my Green Card application under NIW category. I got my GC very smoothly. Excellent Service. He is very selective to take the case and doesn't accept it so long he is not fully convinced about the merit of the case. Moreover, he favored me by providing some legal information not related to immigration law. I am very satisfied.
Great Team = Great Results = Courteous = Recommend Everyone.
Experience bring right results..
Got my E-2 Visa through expert team. No words to describe gratitude for Rajiv Khanna, Anna and wonderful team.
Highly Highly recommended for their professional services.
GOD bless U all..
Rajiv Khanna and his staff, knows what they are doing. LC was done with PERM and approved in 1 day after sponsorship!!!

Folks,
I thought I'll share my FP experience in Oakland, CA which might be useful to others. I had my FP scheduled for tomorrow but since we have other errands to run tomorrow we went in today at 8:15 AM. To our surprise they did not even question us about the date. They just glanced at our FP notice and gave us a form to fill up. Even before I finished filling my form my number was up.
Hi there,
I had my N-400 interview in Portland, Oregon this afternoon. At the end, the officer printed the N-652 form and checked two boxes: a) you passed the tests of English and U.S. history and government; and b) Congratulations! Your application has been recommended for approval.
The interview was smooth and quick. I had 2 tickets for speeding, which I had included in my N-400 application. He said it was good I had included them because I got a citation (ticket), but that they're only interested in violations that involve arrests.
The process was very smooth and lasted for 3 full minutes. USCIS officer was professional and friendly and started the interview right on time. He asked me to take the oath first and then reviewed the application. Then he asked me to write a simple sentense, went through history & civics questions (all from the list of 100 USCIS has on its website) and once I answered first six correctly told me that I passed the exam and the application is approved. He said I will get oath notice in 1 - 2 months.

I got the EB2 approved in less than 2 months which was a big surprise as a Physical Therapist and now change In status for I-485 in less than 3 months which was unbelievably faster than any processing time line mentioned online. I especially would like to thank Mr. Bryant who was always available to answer our questions and concerns and was prompt to reply every email in a short duration. We must have exchanged more than hundred calls or emails. Mr. Khanna was available and with his expertise and knowledge, cleared our doubts and gave the best answers to complicated situations at times. I would also like to Thank Ms. Suman, Ms. Anna and Ms. Prerna for helping with first H1 b approval process and 3 extensions thereafter. I would highly like to recommend their team!
