Finally got our EAD Card

We received notice to come into Baltimore office for EAD 6 days before appointed time. Both were out of town on business on day of appointment, so followed instructions of informing them in writing and requesting new appointment date.
Didn't hear from them for more than 90 days, so made appointment on INFOPASS.
Arrived at 9am, called within 5 minutes to window - showed EAD application filing receipt and told to wait. 2 hours passed,

Interim EAD at Boston

It was ~92 days since I applied at VSC and so decided to go to Boston for interim EAD.

Came at 6:20AM at entrance. 10 Guys ahead of us and by 7AM 20 guys behind us. Were promptly let in by guard at 7 AM. Was issued a ticket number after standing in line for a brief period. Then waited till 11:30 AM to get my 5 min at the counter. Officer was courteous and simply asked us for the relevant forms. He then gave the approval form to drop off with the person who makes the EAD card who took about 30 min to issue the card.

IEAD experience at Newark, NJ

Myself and my wife applied for EAD on 12/13/2004. I got approved in a week but she did not get approval. So, We took the appointment at Newark, NJ at 7:45 AM on 04/22/2005.

We reached 970 Broad St, Newark ,NJ at 5 AM. No one was there and waited outside of the builing. People started coming after 6:15 AM. By 7:30 AM there were around 40-50 people around.

It was a very good experience working with Rajiv, whose office handled my green card application under Outstanding Researcher category. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner, and I got my I-140 followed by I-485 approval all within two and half years from LIN center. Thanks a lot to Diane, Prerna, and Suman.

Myself and my family got GC approved. My case had become bit complex due to my doctor's ignorance in preparing medical report properly.

Mr. Rajiv & his employees were very patient through the entire process and helped me through the approval process.

No need to say he is an expert in the Immigration & Naturalization affairs and best part of him I liked is: he is always reachable by email and also by telephone as and when needed without any waiting time!!!

Usually when we want to get some advice from an attorney or a doctor, first thing that comes to mind is they are not reachable without a formal appointment etc. Mr.Rajiv though he is so famous among immigration lawyers, he is still reachable at anytime as and when needed.

His employees were also very cordial and provided personal attention to my case.

In short, he saved my life here.

Successful H1 revalidation at Vancouver

If anyone's interested: I had an appointment today for H1B visa revalidation. Overall it was a smooth experience. I was asked for my paystubs though.

Degree etc was not asked for. Total interview time was 2 minutes. The only question I was asked was whether I am working for the same company for which I had received an H1 visa previously. In my case that holds true. I also had an F1 visa previously. US Degree.

If anyone's interested: I had an appointment today for H1B visa revalidation. Overall it was a smooth experience. I was asked for my paystubs though.

Thank you!! GC in hand after 12 years!! It was long journey of more than 12 years but have been made easy with Mr. Khanna and his dedicated team! We are very Thankful to him and his team. I got the EB2 approved in less than 2 months which was a big surprise as a Physical Therapist and now change In status for I-485 in less than 3 months which was unbelievably faster than any processing time line mentioned online. I especially would like to thank Mr. Bryant who was always available to answer our questions and concerns and was prompt to reply every email in a short duration. We must have exchanged more than hundred calls or emails. Mr. Khanna was available and with his expertise and knowledge, cleared our doubts and gave the best answers to complicated situations at times. 1. My Son was born in February 2020 in the USA, where my wife is on an F1 visa working on OPT. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, I couldn't meet my son for two years. Kindly suggest to me the way forward to meet my son and wife. I also tried to travel on a tourist visa and F1 Visa. Unfortunately, I got both rejections. I'm an Indian taxpayer and an IT employee. 

2. My brother is a US citizen, and he applied for our mother's green card. Everything is clear, all paperwork is done, but due to the pandemic, we are waiting for the interview date from March 2021. Do you have any information on how we get the date or how much time it will take?

3. My daughter is in Dallas, US, and under medical treatment. She is there with an IN40 visa. As a father, I want to be there during her medical urgency. How can I get a visa now to be with her in the US?

4. I am a US citizen currently in India. I am traveling back to the States in mid-February for two months and want to take my Indian-citizen senior citizen mother with me for that duration. Her last US tourist visa expired eight years ago. (She has an active Schengen visa on her passport) Is there a way she can get a short-term two-month visa to the US?

5. I stayed outside of the US for more than two years because of COVID-19. Am I eligible for naturalization? I came to the USA in August 2016.
