H-1 related I-94 issue
Question details
I have read some very nice articles on your Forum and wanted to get your help on My Weird Issue with I94.
I am on H1-B Visa and my Approval (I797) is Valid Till October-2010 However My Indian Passport is Expiring on 26'th-Aug-2009. I just came back from India a week back and Immigration Officer has Issued me I94 Till my Passport Expiry.. Is thr any other way for me to Apply for I94 Extension based on Approval validity without Leaving the Country ??? or i have to leave the Country & Come back ???
Same Applied to my Wife as well Since we traveled together and went for Immigration together immigration officer Issued Her also I94 Till My Passport Expiry Date ...
Whenever CBP gives you an I-94 with mistakes on it, they can easily correct it if you just go back to the airport and request a correction. Most airports have CBP office hours. In my view, they should issue an I-94 co-extensive with your approval, not your passport. So, go back to CBP. Post your experience here for all.
N-400 Interview Experience
Yesterday myself and my wife oath was completed. I had my interview on 18 Sept @ 2:30 but I didn't received the oath letter since it was too late. My wife got a call from Atlanta USCIS this Monday and was called for the oath ceremony on Wednesday. My wife requested them to have oath with me. USCIA call us again on Wednesday morning and scheduled oath for both of us on Thursday @ 1:30 PM. I never received the oath letter in mail.

Electronic I-94 Rollout on 30 April 2013
Beginning 30 April 2013, CBP will roll out electronic version of Form I-94, Arrival Departure Record. We recommended that all visitors print out and keep a paper copy of the Form for their records at all times. USCIS Reaches FY 2014 H-1B Cap
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that it has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap for fiscal year (FY) 2014. I have turned to Rajiv Khanna and his amazing team on a number of occasions. Most recently, to flush out a complicated immigration situation from France. The thing that impresses me most is his humanity, his vast knowledge, professionalism and generosity. Well, those are 4 things, not one. But it is hard to stop when posting a positive comment about Mr. Khanna's office and work. He responds immediately or has a staff member do so, and he will explore every possibility until he finds a solution. In the maze of disappointing immigration attorneys out there, I highly recommend him.

Question details
I have my I-140 approved under EB-3 category, even though I have Masters Degree from accredited US University. Can I change it to EB-2 now?

Rajiv and his team has been handling Green card and related applications for me and my family since 2003. My experience has been excellent, to say the least. The long and not yet completed EB-3 India journey has been painful but Rajiv and his team have been great pillars of support all through. Immigration.com team has been working on my EB-2 visa and we started the first step GC process in June 2014 and today i have my labor application approved (Feb 2015) . The team (My main interaction is with Vijay Durgam) during the last few months and they have gone to meticulous detail in getting this through.
