We just did recently receive our US Green Card (EB2) for both my wife and me. Keeping all those melodrama apart, in short, is extremely pleased and has no words to express ourselves. We want to thank everyone working with Law Offices of Rajiv (Immigration.com) and especially Mathew, Suman-Ji, Bharathi, Anna, Rita and last but not the least Rajiv himself. On a true note, they are extremely professional and super prompt in answering any of your stupidest questions on Immigration. Rajiv is extremely desperate in taking cases through to positive destiny using and interpreting every piece of immigration law that according to me, a lot of his competitors would try and avoid.
In last 6-years they have done our multiple successful H1B/H4 renewals, this Green Card case, and hopefully would be the one helping us on our US Citizenship process, about 5-years from now.
All of you guys out there, if you have any immigration issues, and want a little piece of mind, please do not wait. schedule an immediate appointment with them and be happy from thereon.
Just for information, our US born baby girl is about 2.5 months old now. Once she grows up a bit, would surely want to pay them a visit. We wish them all the very best as of now and in future.
Hello, My interactions with the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna started in Aug 2004 when I first applied for my H1 visa. Ever since, I have reached out to Mr. Khanna, Mr. Chacko and other support personnel (Ms. Mehta, Ms.Bhasin, Ms.Baker) for all my immigration related needs. This group of professionals is the best you can ever hope to find to help you navigate the complex and painfully slow immigration process. Rajiv and his team form a tremendous body of knowledge and the beauty of this group is that they provide their expertise as a 'service'. It is true that the law firm charges fees for processing ones case, but the amounts charged are far less than what one would have to pay elsewhere for service that is typically not on par. Mr. Khanna himself has called me on numerous occasions to clarify a question or seek more specific detail....it amazes me that the seniormost attorney in the firm takes time to do this and that too without charging a single dime for a personal call. My wife and I used Rajiv's offices to handle our Green Card application. The process was lengthy and stretched over 6 years from start to finish. I'm glad to report that the GC was granted. Without Rajiv's group supporting this would have been a nightmare. The team that handled my case did their work in the most professional manner possible. I got prompt replies to my emails, voice messages and on occasion even emails and calls over the weekend. I have probably inundated mailboxes with questions and counter arguments...never once have I been discouraged from asking questions nor have I not gotten a clear and definitive answer for my queries. Over the green card process, Rajiv's group renewed my Advance Paroloe and Employment applications (for my wife and I) three times. They have never sent me a bill for this, stating clearly that this falls within the overall green card application process. In my comments above, I emphasize on many occasion the financial matters related with this firm. It is also important to highlight the humane treatment you are accorded by everyone I worked with. The support staff and attorneys clearly understand the emotional stress involved in the immigration process and they treat you with respect and dignity. I have referred many friends of mine to Rajiv's office and they all state similar commendable experience. In short, I am glad I found this group of brilliant immigration attorneys and support personnel. I'm glad they were on my side and helped me win permanent residency. I can state without any hesitation that you will not be disappointed if you choose Rajiv's group to represent you. The level of service and support you will receive from the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna will be far more than what you ever dream about. Many thanks to everyone at Rajiv's office for all the hard work. If there is anything I can every do in return please let me know....
GC approved while in India. The question is how to get back especially since not doing old job (Job where GC was filed). Mr. Khanna was very helpful and told me how to proceed. I will update this post once I am in USA
I filed the LC on the 1st week of January 2009 and got my GC approved on the 1st of April 2010. I am a bit lucky as my whole GC process through Rajiv S Khanna Office was great and a pleasant experience. My kind attorney Rep Heather and Art Shifftlett were truly cooperative. In summary, Rajiv & Team made the whole process simple and painless, and I am honored to choose this firm. No doubt, if I have any friends looking for GC Attorney, I would highly recommend Rajiv & Team.
I was impressed by the clarity of expression and the fairness exhibited by the Attorney. I would certainly like to hire him once I get things done from my side
I am quite thankful to Rajiv Khanna and his staff for getting Green Card to me and my wife. The case manager for my case is Bharati. She handled my case very well and huge kudos to her in getting the GC. Bharati is quite knowledgable in immigration matters. She responded to all my questions quickly. Her response time is very qucik. She applied Labor Certification, I-140, 485 and EAD Renewals. She is quite friendly and good going to work with. I am very thankful to Bharati for her continous support through out the Green Card Process. Thanks once again to Rajiv S Khanna, Mathew for getting my Green Card approved. Appreciate all your help.
After lot of research and gathering inputs from my friends my employer and me decided to appoint Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna as our attorney. This is one of the best decision of my life. My labor was filed in August 2006 and approved within 11 days. I-140 was approved after that and now I am waiting for my date to be current for EB-3. The quality od service we get in a such timely manner is amazing to me! All the people including Rajiv, Mathew, Bharathi, Suman are so wonderful to work with! I would like to mention one incident though! I received a RFE on my I-140. This was mad time of July 2007 (I think) when everybody was filing their I-485 as all the date became current for one monh. Everybody in Rajiv's office were working day and night to file everybody's case. But, still suddenly Rajiv called me and discussed the issue with me. I did not request him to call me. But he understood my situation and called me to give all the mental support I needed. This is the best thing you can expect from an attorney who will stand behind you when it is mostly needed. I recommend each and everybody to get help for Rajiv's office, if required.
The Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna have been helping me with my GC petition. Recently, my fiancee and I decided to get married, and I realized 2 weeks before my trip that I did not renew my Advanced Parole Document. Your law office was very quick to suggest that I apply for H1B visa (based on approved I-140) under Premium Processing. Rachel Nulty (Staunton, VA office) was my case manager, and she worked on the petition so meticulously that we got my H1B petition approved within 2 weeks in a timely fashion. I need to thank Rachel and the entire law firm for the professionalism you executed my case with. Your timely help with my H1B petition is extremely appreciated and is second to none. I am happy that I chose your law firm for my GC petition, and I am sure that we would be getting our GC in the near future.
We filed an EB-1, Outstanding Researcher petition premium processing for the beneficiary who qualified based on her extraordinary contributions in applied sciences. Her substantial and highly innovative contributions paved the way for commercial manufacturing of flexible displays by major, well-known display manufacturing companies. The beneficiary’s commercialized research was well documented. She has over eight years of research experience in the nanotechnology field producing a multitude of patents.
Hi All, Rajiv has been a great help to me in understanding the H-1B/Green process as well as answering all my queries at NO CHARGE when I am not even an existing client of Rajiv. I am going to do all my future visa processing through his firm. He has tremendous experience and has all the knowledge about Immigration Law. I will recommend Rajiv to all to take up his services and work with him. Tarak
Mr. Khanna has sound judgement and deep knowlege about US Immigration laws. He gave me an honest and straightforward answer everytime I've had a complex situation in the past ten years on a range of issues from F1 to H1 to GC. The staff at Mr. Khanna's office is awesome too. They are very efficient and have good templates for most forms.
I have done my H1B and PERM processing through Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna. I got both of them approved. Their service is just great! and I am not into IT..Their whole process is very meticulous and thorough. They work with you diligently through the entire process. Rest assured everything that needs to be and can be done right is done right! I recently changed jobs and unfortunately, I had to go with my new employer's attorney and they have not paid attention to basics and filied recklessly and now I have an enquiry. I wish I had gone with Rajiv..
I have worked with Rajiv Khanna, Anna, Ulysses and Kalpana for over a year and finally got my H1 visa a couple of weeks ago. It was a tough year for H1 visas, with an increased number of RFEs. But the attorneys handled my case very well and provided excellent suggestions at crucial points. At every stage of the H1 process, the attorneys were well aware on how to tackle the case for the best result.
I will come back in the future, and also recommend others, to use the services of 'Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna' for addressing any immigration related issues.
We have recently won a case following a Request for Evidence for a professor - Ph.D. in Mass Media and Communication. USCIS requested additional “documentary evidence” to support our claim that the applicant qualified under the EB1 Outstanding Researcher and Professor category based on applicant’s publications, acting as a judge of her peers as well as her original contributions.
Thank you so much for Rajiv , Heather and Mark for well coordinated process for our GC application , it only took us few months and we received already our GC's. Job Well Done! Allan
We have used the services of the law offices of Rajiv Khanna for the past 4 years in the processing of our Green Card application (EB 2). I found the team very approachable and knowledgable. Whenever I contacted them with questions regarding my case, they were prompt in their respnse. Recently, I had an opportunity to consult with Mr. Khanna, and that has given me the confidence that our case is in good hands.
It is always pleasure talking to Mr. Khanna about immigration related issues, his expertise in the immigration field are acknowledge by all the attorneys. I once had a talk over the phone with attorney who was based at west coast, during the discussion with the attorney, I mentioned that we are east coast based so he instantly mentioned Mr. Khanna's name and he praised about him as an attorney. I was really touched by this that we work with such a great attorney.
The category of Engineers includes several different types of engineers.
We have received a particularly remarkable green card approval a few weeks ago. USCIS alleged fraud and denied the green card where the spouse of a US citizen had entered the US on visa waiver and then applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) within a few days after entry. We were retained once the green card had been denied. The allegations of fraud or misrepresentation are particularly troublesome because they operate as a PERMANENT bar against immigration. There is a narrowly tailored waiver available, but it can be difficult to obtain.
4 June 2014 UPDATE: H-4 EAD will NOT be restricted to STEM.
Thank you for getting my H1 Approved again
We won an Alien of Extraordinary Ability case for the applicant having advanced degrees from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, one of the most premier institutes in India. His research work was so highly regarded that he was awarded a two-year post-doctoral fellow at the Institute. This is a very high honor in that only “a select few” are considered for this position. The applicant had numerous books on civil engineering published and utilized by prestigious teaching institutes.
This applicant had over twelve years of research experience. We noted the applicant's international reputation in the fourteen recommendation letters submitted. The applicant was a member of a prestigious professional society membership of which requires noted achievements in the field. We provided evidence of the extensive presentations the applicant made due to his level of expertise in the field.
With the good movement in the Aug 2010 bulletin, the AOS got approved for my family. Without the guidance of the entire team at Law offices of Rajiv Khanna that worked on my case, this would not have been possible. To name a few that i remember starting with Rajiv who gave me good confidence to hire him for the services during our intial conversations: Rajiv, Prerna, Richa, Moahana, Mathew, Anna, Leslie, Heather, Mark. I am sorry if i have missed out anyone and the people behind the scenes. Each one of these guys have been amazing and great and never was i disappointed in the whole process (except for the long wait, which is not your fault). I very fondly remember the visagate episode in 2007. When the word spread around about it, it was late in the evening and someone was there in your office to answer my queries, which helped me make a decision to drive overnight, down to Staunton from New Haven CT, along with my 4 month old, my wife and my father in law to reach there early morning and finish the process of filing for the I-140 and I-485. Everybody at the office was very helpful even under the stress that they were in when being bombarded by so much to do in such a short time. Additionally i believe the right advise was always delivered in a timely manner and everyone worked with me to help my case progress at a good pace. I cannot thank you enough for all your help and guidance and would very highly recommend your services to anyone. Thanks again for your help. Warm Regards Yash Agarwal
