I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation for the great job done by this law firm in getting my LC approved in record time. My LC was filed at the Florida SESA on August 2nd, 2000 and approved from Atlanta DOL on 18th September. The entire process took only 1.5 months, which is incredible considering that Labor is taking around 4-5 months in that region. This has been made possible mainly due to the expertise and professionalism of the staff of this law firm, particularly Rajiv Khanna, Suman Bhasin, Richa Narang and Vijay Durgav (among others). USCIS Eases Visitor Restrictions for Fully Vaccinated Individuals
Release Date
Due to updated guidance from the CDC, USCIS has updated its visitor policy. Fully vaccinated individuals no longer have to wear a face covering. Individuals two years old and older who are not fully vaccinated must still wear a face covering.

I am very thankful to the staff at Mr. Khanna's office, especially Mathews and Rita. From beginning to end, they were very prompt, co-operative, and very thorough in documents. We used a labor substitution and the entire process went really quick, with no big hassles.
Successful FTJ at Chennai 2007
My wife got FTJ IV visa stamped in her passport in Chennai. EB3 - PD 4/30/2001.
Below is the process, in her words, she went thru:
Medicals:
Called two days ahead for a 10.00 AM appointment with "Lister METROPOLIS Laboratory Research Center Pvt. Ltd" and a 4.00 PM appointment with "Dr. Mathai Thomas".
Flew in from Hyderabad to Chennai, had in-flight breakfast, took a taxi from airport to the Lab, 30 min ride.
I got my Immigrant Visa thru Consular Processing on August 2000. Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna helped me through the process. His staff were generally helpful and knowledgeable. Among other things one I most appreciated was the fact Rajiv made time to reply every e-mail queries I sent and return every phone messages I left. That was re-assuring during various stages of the process. I will certainly refer them to anyone who wants immigration/non-immigration services.
