I was greatly pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and promptness of Rajiv Khanna and his staff with regard to the dealings of my green card case. Rajiv Khanna's advise was invaluable in my case and I was able to obtain my GC in 14 months through CP at chennai. His staff made the whole experience very easy, simple and painless. I would greatly recommend him and have done so to several of my friends. Please feel free to contact me if any questions. Regards Tg
I had Consular Processing done with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna
My husband and I did our GC processing simultaneously with the help of Mr. Khanna's law office. We figured it would be a good idea to process both applications to play it safe in this post modern era of corporate mergers and acquisitions that some times kill the GC paper work half way. We ultimately got our GC's through my husband's application. It was through a regular Labor certification and Consular process in Chennai. The whole process took us a little over 2 years. In addition to Mr. Khanna himself, who was absolutely fantastic, we worked with Suman who was good until we got our labor certification. Diane Lombardo helped me with my case and was excellent.
I am posting on this thread, because it seems to be more active than the thread I originally posted on, and this is a more specific thread to my case (thank you OP). Here is my entire timeline:
USCIS published an update to Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. The new edition is dated 11/23/15.
In tomorrow's community conference call, one of the community members has raised the issue whether receiving certain kinds of State benefits becomes an issue for immigration. The concern is well-founded in that receiving public (Federal or State) means tested (that depend upon the amount of income/expense) can lead to a determination that an applicant can become dependent upon government resources ("public charge").

Hi Folks, I am extremly happy to inform you that I got my Green Card process completed in a record time of one year. I am just back from India after finishing the CP Interview in Chennai successfully. Mr. Rajiv , Ms. Fidelina Baptista and all his staff Suman Bhasin, Amel Berhe, Leila Lehman, Nimia were very helpful in the entire process. Needless to mention that Mr. Rajive is very good in handling EB2 cases. They did a great job in getting my labour and I-140 approvals and also cooperated very well in my persuit through CP instead of the regular I-485. During my I-140 stage, when I called and asked Mr. Rajiv that I want to opt for CP, he immediately agreed and accepted the challenge though it was not very popular at that time. I am extremly thankful to the entire Law office of Mr. Khanna without which I would not have got my Green Card so fast. I definitely recommend the services of Mr. Khanna who are looking for a good and efficient lawyer. Good Luck to all, Chandra.

On Oct. 16, 2018, USCIS began issuing new receipt notices for certain Forms I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to replace previously issued receipt notices containing inaccurate information.
USCIS has completed receipting and data entry for all filings of Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, received between May 1 and Sept. 9, 2018. Petitioners should receive receipt notices by Oct. 22, 2018.
USCIS has issued a policy memorandum (PDF, 115 KB) (PM) providing guidance to USCIS officers on when to consider waiving the interview requirement for Form I-751, Petition
My green card got expired in nov 2007, I filled by mistake I-90, when I went for my biometrics, they saw that I filled the wrong application, I have to fill I 751, then I filled I 751, My rec number is EAC*********. I recently went through my biometrics again, in April 2009, but still, I do not have any proper response, when do you think i will get my GC?
In my view, failing to file an I-751 in a timely manner could cause serious problems. I think you should consult with a lawyer locally where you are.
USCIS memo provides guidance to USCIS Immigration Services Officers (ISOs) on the adjudication of 1-751 petitions filed by a conditional permanent resident (CPR) who is the subject of a final order of removal, is in removal proceedings, has filed untimely, or has filed multiple petitions.
What if already have a Green Card I lost it, but it wasn't expire yet and I need to redo it how much it going to cost me to renew to get it redo?
You do not need a lawyer for something simple like this usually. I think you should look at Form I-90 at the USCIS web site.
My wife and I have decided that marriage does not fit into each others dreams anymore. We have been married for almost 3 years and Just got a notice that after filing I-751, the evidence submitted with the form was "insufficient". Our marriage and relationship started and continued in the utmost manner of good faith. Our decision for divorce was a mutual one. We plan on continuing friendship in good faith and she will always be part of our family. She has a life here, she works hard, pays taxes and wants to continue her life here. We both don't want her residency here, her life, stripped away.
I like your attitude. It appears to me that what is missing is proof, not genuineness. I suggest you contact a lawyer locally. They should be able to assist with finding items of proof that you may have overlooked.
My father's greencard will expire in June. How do we renew it?

I got my Immigrant Visa thru Consular Processing on August 2000. Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna helped me through the process. His staff were generally helpful and knowledgeable. Among other things one I most appreciated was the fact Rajiv made time to reply every e-mail queries I sent and return every phone messages I left. That was re-assuring during various stages of the process. I will certainly refer them to anyone who wants immigration/non-immigration services.
