We were very apprehensive about the problems and delays in getting the required visas. Our consultation with another immigration attorney was not very reassuring. On s friend's recommendation we consulted Rajiv. And things changed. Rajiv and his staff got our work done in no time. That was only part of it. The thing that impressed us most was their highly professional approach, sense of duty, and client-always-comes-first attitude. Whenever we phoned and/or visited their office, both Rajiv and his staff, Charu in particular, made us feel at home and gave us patient hearing, their own very busy and tight time schedule notwithstanding. Thank you Rajiv. Thank you Charu.
Rajiv and his staff are very professional, helpful, patient, clear, prompt, precise ... The list of adjectives goes on. In short, contact his office for any immigration needs ..
Dear all
I came to the USA from New Delhi, India with a Master's in Microbiology in 1992 - to pursue a Ph.D. in Biochemistry / Molecular biology specializing in protein engineering. In 2000, started a post doc- 7 months at Brigham and Women's hospital - did not get along with the indian jerk of a boss so changed to the main Harvard medical School quad under a fantastic caucasian post doc mentor and a very good friend, a very liberal democrat (Go John Kerry).
I have lived in the United States for over 15 years. I was 8 years old when my parents brought me to this country. I don't blame them since they only thought of giving us a better life than what they had in Mexico. Through the years, I have acquired great knowledge thanks to the schools of this great country. In May 2004, I graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a 3.66 GPA. However, due to these laws I have not been able to find a job, where I can put my skills to work.
Thanks Diane for great work for my GC processing. I am also grateful to Leila and Suman to help me from time to time. The services of law offices of Rajiv Khanna is just great for GC cases.
Its amazing that such a big firm and so many clients, still I got Individual Attention, including once scanning and sending me 32 Pages of Documents I had submitted with my Labor Applications that I had misplaced.Special Thanks to Richa, Prerna, Shivani ,Mathew Rajiv Khanna and Immigration Portal for so much info.

FAQs: EB-1C (International Managers and Executives): Eligibility for H-1B managers in the USA
Rajiv and Diane are the best immigration lawyers I've worked with in my 12 years in the US, across the several firms I've worked with over the years. I worked with them on my O-1 visa. Processing timeline delays with my PERM application nearly threatened my work authorization in the US. Rajiv and Diane worked on a tight timeline expeditiously not only to get my O-1 visa approved but also to get my green card approved, all within 6 months. This is the fastest timeline I have seen - they are a great team!
I had a great experience dealing with Rajiv Khanna ji's office. My US EB1A petition received amazing support. Being proactive and meticulous, Diane in his office is a terrific expert to deal with. I-140 approval went through a smooth process from start to finish. Rajiv ji's accessibility made sure I could make the proper choices when I needed to. Although at first I thought Rajiv ji was being unreasonable in asking that I gather and submit all the documents for the petition, I came to see that his demands were there to ensure my success. Rajiv ji's office is unquestionably the best place to go if you want to meet your US Visa milestones on schedule. I'm grateful to you, thank you Rajiv Ji.
The process was done smoothly and professionally without any hitches. Thanks to Rajiv, Suman, Nimia, Dianne, Leila and the entire staff at 3440 N. Fairfax Drv for some quality work. Mr. Khanna is very knowlegable and is very easily accessible to answer all technical questions. Please keep up the good work.
